Located on the first floor of a character building with 4 adjoining apartments, the "Upper Sunset" gîte offers an exceptional view of the surrounding nature. Its covered terrace, facing South West, allows you to enjoy the calm and relaxing outdoors until sunset. We like to admire the hilly landscapes covered with woods while enjoying the song of the birds. The children's playground is located just below the cottage, it's perfect for having a quiet coffee on the terrace and keeping an eye on the little ones.

Inside, a kitchen offers all the necessary equipment: dishwasher, large capacity refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, oven and gas stove.

A spacious living room, under the roof, offers a beautiful volume for the dining room and the living room. Three bedrooms equip this cottage with an exceptional view: a bedroom with a double bed 150x200cm, a bedroom with two single beds 90x190cm and a last bedroom with a single bed 90x190cm.

The bathroom includes a sink, a bath, a toilet. Towels are provided. A hair dryer is available, as well as soap. For the little ones, a potty, a toilet reducer and a step are available. High chair, cot, wood barbecue on request. Wifi.

The covered terrace equipped with garden furniture allows you to enjoy an exceptional setting at any time of the day.

Our property is fully fenced, children are free to play in the garden or the courtyard, under the responsibility of the parents.

Toys and books, a night light, a few soft toys are provided in each gite so that boys and girls of all ages feel at ease in this new place to stay.

For parents , it is the guarantee of a relaxing holiday!  3 meal options are offered per week during school holidays, as well as a bar and the delivery of bread and pastries for breakfast.
